Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and add the garlic and tomato sauce. Sprinkle the oregano and basil and season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese and egg in a bowl. Place the zucchini strips in the bottom of the baking dish and spread cottage cheese mixture on top. Place beef over the cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers and top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
