Place a medium sized deep saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil to it Once the oil is hot enough, add the onions and the ham. Now add the garlic and cook everything for about 1 minute. Now pour the vodka in the saucepan and cook the mixture until the vodka evaporates completely. Now add the tomatoes (with their liquid from the can) and cook the mixture till the entire sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Stir occasionally. Now add the cream to this mixture and stir. Cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and pour over your choice of pasta. Toss and serve!
