Vanilla ice cream and coffee

Ingredients:

  • 12 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
  • six shots hot espresso coffee

Preparation:

Few hours earlier, keep some ice cream on a freezer proof tray and place it back inside the freezer. Before serving, make few balls of ice cream into few glasses or bowl. Then pour a hot shot of espresso coffee over them. Now the coffee is ready into the coffee so it melts a little away making a design.
