Stuffed peppers

Ingredients:

  • 12 Peppers
  • 150 g Grated bread stale
  • 50 g Anchovy fillets
  • Unsalted capers a handful
  • 50 g Grated provolone cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation:

Preparation and preheat the oven to 200°C/400°f/Gas Mask 6. Wash the peppers and cut off the top and remove any seeds and pulp. Fill the peppers with the mixture of all the other ingredients. Add a squash of oil on top and arrange in an oiled dish and cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
