Stuffed peppers
Ingredients:
- 12 Peppers
- 150 g Grated bread stale
- 50 g Anchovy fillets
- Unsalted capers a handful
- 50 g Grated provolone cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Preparation:
Preparation and preheat the oven to 200°C/400°f/Gas Mask 6. Wash the peppers and cut off the top and remove any seeds and pulp. Fill the peppers with the mixture of all the other ingredients. Add a squash of oil on top and arrange in an oiled dish and cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
