Slow cooker ham

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 5 lb bone in ham
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp dry mustard

Preparation:

Place the ham in your slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together the dry mustard and brown sugar. Press it onto the ham. Pour apple cider vinegar into the bottom if the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours, flipping over 1/2 way through cooking time.
