Slow cooker chicken and stuffing

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 10.5-oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 6-oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 6-oz box of stuffing mix
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation:
Sprinkle the chicken with parsley and place it in the bottom of your slow cooker. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken, sour cream, stuffing, and half of the broth and pour it over the chicken. Lay the stuffing evenly on top of the mixture in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Check it every now and then and add more broth if needed and stir.
