Make crumbs out of the buns (using a food processor) or use the bought crumbs. Empty into a large dish. Pulse the shrimp in the processor until fairly fine, but not mashed. Empty this into the bowl with the crumbs, add mayo & seasoning, then toss to combine. Shape into 4 patties. Heat a pan on medium & fry the patties in a little butter until cooked through, turning halfway (9 minutes). Serve on the cut buns with lettuce & tartar sauce.
