Mix paprika, cumin powder, and salt and pepper until well incorporated. Spread the pork with the spice mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add meat and cook until golden brown on all sides. Place the onions in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Place the meal in cooker, and add remaining ingredients, such ad tomato paste and vinegar. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. When ready, use a fork to chop the meat carefully. Serve.
