- 3 pounds Round roast beef
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the beef into a roasting pan, then season with the salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Roast for one hour, or until the meat’s interior temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
