Pumpkin cornbread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp molasses
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, spices, brown sugar, and cornmeal. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, oil, and molasses. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
