Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray. Melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave. Add the marshmallow to the bowl and stir well. Heat at 30 seconds intervals until the marshmallow are melted and smooth. Stir between each interval. Add the rice Krispies to the bowl and stir to combine. Press the mixture into the prepared pan. In a microwave safe bowl, combined the white chocolate chips and 1/4 tsp vegetable oil. Heat in the microwave until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Sprinkle the melted white chocolate over the rice Krispies. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top and let sit until the chocolate is set before cutting into squares and serving,
