Place the cereal in a large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil at 30 seconds intervals until melted and smooth. Str between each interval. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat well. Pour the mixture into a large ziplock bag. Place the crushed candy canes and about 2 cups of powdered sugar in the bag. Close the bag and shake well to coat. Add more powdered sugar if you want!
