Pepper with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Red pepper
- 300 g Mixed local wild mushrooms
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Cloves garlic
- Olive oil (for frying)
- Salt
Preparation:
Roughly slice the mushrooms and peppers; fry with garlic and bay leaves in 250 ml of olive oil. Add the salt when half cooked.
