In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, and vanilla. Set aside. Arrange the slices of bread a large shallow baking dish. Make sure the pieces of bread are not overlapping. Pour the liquid over the bread and cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Remove from hear and whisk in a brown sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup, and pecans. Spread the pecan mixture evenly across the bottom of a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Carefully arrange to soaked bread on top of the pecan mixture. Once again, make sure the bread isn’t overlapping. Bake for 35 minutes the serve.
