Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 10 drop liquid stevia
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp erythritol
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
Preparation:
In a mixer blend all the ingredients really well and then heat the oven and put a greased pan on it. Then pour the batter over it and cook the sides of the batter each for about 3 minutes. Let it cool down after it is cooked and serve it.
