Oreo peppermint bark

Ingredients:
- 10 mini candy canes, crushed
- 12 Oreos, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Preparation:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray. Add the milk chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals until smooth and melted. Stir between every 30 second interval. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the chopped Oreos on the warm chocolate and chill for 10 minutes. Add the white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals until smooth and melted. Stir between every interval. Pour the melted white chocolate over the Oreos and spread evenly. Sprinkle the chopped candy canes over the warm white chocolate. Chill until completely set then break into pieces.
