Olives fried in breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
- 500 g Green olives
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Chili
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
Preparation:
Toast the breadcrumbs in a lightly oiled pan, stirring all the time. Make a cut in the olives, put them in a bowl and season with chopped parsley and garlic. Add the finely chopped chili and a splash of vinegar and the breadcrumbs. Mix well and serve.
