Olive tapenade
You can serve Tapenade with sandwiches or fries. It will enhance the taste of your snacks. This recipe is also great for gatherings!

Ingredients:
- Peeled garlic: 3 cloves
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Kalamata pitted olives: 1 cup
- Capers: 2 tablespoons
- Pepper and salt: as per taste
- Chopped parsley: 3 tablespoons
Preparations:
Grab a blender and add garlic cloves, then pulse to mince garlic throughly. Now add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, capers and olives in the blender. Blend well to chop everything finely. Season with pepper and salt to enhance its taste.
