Rub the bread with water and cut it into small pieces. In a large bowl mix minced meat with eggs, bread, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and oil. Using clean hands, knead the mixture. Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs. Roll every meatball in flour. Place water in your Crock Pot. Add meatballs and stir gently. Close lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. Serve hot or cold.
