Lemon and mint water for a good morning

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses of water, preferably distilled or purified
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 5 mint leaves

Preparation:

In a glass bottle we mix water with lemon juice and stir until the ingredients are well combined. We add some mint leaves without chopping them, whole as they are and leave it to blend all the flavors. It is to prepare it overnight because the ingredients will combine better and drink in the morning at room temperature. This drink jump starts your metabolism and helps you awaken after a night. Most off all, it helps you get hydrated first thing in the morning, since several hours have passed without drinking any water.
