Ketogenic diet: Morning chicken strips (Cook en the pressure cooker)

You can eat this dish in your busy days. The tender chicken strips will taste the best with the keto dipping.

Ingredients:

  • 13 oz chicken fillet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Combine the salt, paprika, cilantro, oregano, and basil together in the bowl. Stir the mixture. After this, sprinkle the chicken strips with the spices. Pour the heavy cream into the chicken strips mixture and stir it carefully. After this, toss the butter in the instant pot. When the butter starts to melt toss the chickens trips there. Close the instant pot lid and cook the chicken strips at the pressure mode for 20 minutes. Then open the instant pot lid and stir the chicken strips well. Serve the dish immediately. Enjoy!
