Ketogenic Diet: Mashed cauliflower (Cook en the pressure cooker)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1-pound cauliflower
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower roughly. Then put the cauliflower in the instant pot. Add salt and chicken stock. Close the lid and cook the vegetable at the pressure mode for 15 minutes. After the cauliflower is cooked stain the chicken stock and transfer the cauliflower to the blender. Add salt, cream, and onion powder. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes at the maximum speed. When you get the smooth texture of the mass the dish is cooked. Serve the mashed cauliflower warm. Enjoy!
