Ketogenic Diet: Keto mousse (Cook en the pressure cooker)
The keto mousse should have the structure of the whipped cream. It is better to serve it cold.

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoon stevia
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 oz. dark chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation:
Chop the avocado roughly and put it in the blender. Add the heavy cream and stevia. Beat the egg and sprinkle the mixture with the ground cinnamon. After this, add dark chocolate and blend the mixture until you get fluffy mass. Then pour the mousse mixture in the instant pot and sprinkle it with the chia seeds. Close the lid and cook the dish at the slow cooker mode for 10 minutes. Then chill the mousse well.
