Ketogenic Diet: Hazelnut balls (Cook en the pressure cooker)
You can avoid using the stevia extract for the dish and use the Erythritol.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 4 tablespoon hazelnuts
- 1 cup almond flour
- 5 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
Crush the hazelnuts well and combine them with the butter. Mix the mixture up. Add the coconut flour and almond flour. After this, add sesame seeds. Melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Sprinkle it with the stevia and knead the dough. Make the convenient size balls and put them in the instant pot. Cook the hazelnut balls at the pressure mode for 8 minutes. When the hazelnut balls are cooked chill them well and keep in the fridge.
