Ketogenic diet: Chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 450 ml water
- 1 cup of whey chocolate protein
- 1 greek, sugar free yogurt
- 1/2 cup of roasted linseeds
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Stevia (optional)
Preparation:
Mix the chia seeds with water and let stand for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once the chia seeds are well inflated, add all the other ingredients and mix again. Put about 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
