Ketogenic Diet: Butter muffins (Cook en the pressure cooker)

Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 3 tablespoon almond flour
- 4 tablespoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Blend the butter and cream cheese in the blender. Add baking powder and orange juice. After this, add coconut flour and almond flour. Sprinkle the mixture with the stevia and vanilla extract. Start to blend the mixture at the medium speed for 1 minute. After this, increase the speed till maximum and blend the mixture till you get the homogeneous dough. Then pou the muffin dough into the muffin forms. Put the forms in the instant pot and close the lid. Cook the dish at the pressure mode for 10 minutes. Chill the muffins well and serve them.
