- 6 oz green beans
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
Preparation:
Take the mixing bowl and put the ground beef there. Blend the green beans with the help of the of the blender. After this, transfer the blended green beans in the ground beef. Sprinkle the mixture with minced garlic and almond flour. Then add salt and chili pepper. Mix up the mass carefully with the help of the spoon. Then make the balls from the ground beef mixture. Toss the butter in the instant pot and melt the butter. Put the beef balls in the instant pot and cook it at the meat mode for 20 minutes. Then chill the balls gently. Serve the dish.
