Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Liquid stevia extract, to taste
Preparation:
Combine the blueberries, beets, and coconut milk in a blender. Pulse de ingredients several times. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
