Start by preheating the oven to 375°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the turkey, egg, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Form the turkey mixture into 12 medium sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet, Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Increase by increments of 5 minutes if the turkey is not cooked through. While the meatballs are cooking, make the sauce by stirring together the yogurt, cucumber and dill. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs and enjoy. Serving suggestion serve with feta cheese, if desired.
