Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (eliminate for a Paleo version)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Preparation:
Start by adding all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Form into a 4 large burgers. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the olive oil and cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with lettuce leaves for the bun. Serving suggestion serve with greek yogurt as a sauce, if desired.
