Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground peppercorns
- Coconut oil for cooking
Preparation:
Start by heating a grill pan over medium heat with the coconut oil. While the pan is heating up, season the chicken with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and peppercorns. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serving suggestion serve with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
