Melt almond bark/candy melts according to package directions. Dip large pretzels into the melted almond bark and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly sprinkle the sprinkles onto the covered pretzel. Separate the mini Oreos and place one half on each top rounded part on each pretzel. Drop a small round blob of the melted almond bark/candy melt onto the center of each Oreo each blob. Draw a beak with the black icing gel between the two Oreo eyes (slightly lower). Draw feet onto the bottom of the pretzel with the black icing gel. Cut the black licorice into small pieces and use as eyebrows.
