Preparation:
Remove plastic from sugar cookie roll and let soften at room temperature. Put parchment paper into a 13-9 baking dish. Extend the paper over the sides of the dish so you can easily lift the cookies out later. Spray the parchment paper with non stick spray. Place the ball of dough in the dish and spread out into an even layer. Bake according to package directions. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Remove the parchment paper from pan. Cut various Halloween shapes out of the cookie sheet. I used pumpkin, cat, and ghost. When the shapes have cooled completely, spread icing on evenly. I put orange on the pumpkin shapes with black for the face and green at the top, black for cats with white facial features, and white for ghosts with black facial features.
