Green beans and new potatoes
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs fresh or frozen green beans
- 4-5 slices bacon, chopped
- 12 small new potatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- Sal to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients in your slow cooker and gently combine. Cook on low for 3-5 hours.
