Preheat an electric griddle to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, molasses, and melted butter. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Scoop the mixture, 1/4 of a cup at time, onto the heated griddle. Flip when the tops begin to bubble. Cook for two minutes on the other side. Top with your favorite syrup.
