Focaccia bread

Ingredients:
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Warm water: 2 cups
- Active and dry yeast: 1 tablespoon
- Kosher salt: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil (extra-virgin): 1 tablespoon
- Diced onion: 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour: 5 cups
- Olive oil (extra-virgin): 3 tablespoon
- Chopped rosemary: 2 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated): 1/4 cup
- Kosher salt: 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Take a large bowl and dissolve honey in hot water. Sprinkle active yeast on the top and leave it for almost five minutes to make the yeast soft and foamy. Mix in one tablespoon olive oil, one tablespoon salt, flour, and onions to make a consistent dough. Knead this dough on a floured surface for almost five minutes to make it elastic and smooth. Grease one large bowl and put the dough in it. Turn to coat it with oil. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rise in a warm spot for almost 20 minutes. Preheat your oven to 415 °F. Put the dough on a greased baking sheet and make it flat to equally cover the whole sheet. Use your fingertips to make the indentions in the dough with 1-inch distance. Drizzle this focaccia with olive oil (3 tablespoons) and sprinkle parmesan cheese, rosemary and kosher salt (1 tablespoon) over its top. Let it rise for nearly 10 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
