Fast pizza for baking
This is a very easy recipe for pizza without yeast. The dough is made with sour cream (can be done with a soft cheese). Filling in principle any I usually looking for something suitable in the refrigerator. You can do just with cheese, if nothing else.

Ingredients for the dough for the base:
- 250 g of thick cream
- 4 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 350 g of flour (2.5 cups)
- 0.5 tsp salt
Ingredients for filling:
- 0.5 cups of tomato sauce (or is diluted with water paste)
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- A few slices of ham, sausage
- 4 not too sharp bitter pepper (optional)
- 15 button mushrooms, chopped
- Dried oregano (optional)
- Garlic salt (optional)
- 400 g grated cheese
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Baking lay baking paper. Roll out the dough (fairly thin) and transfer to a baking sheet (it is convenient to the rolling pin).
