Crustless chicken pot pie
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 14 oz bags of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 lbs bonelless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 cup rice
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 8 hours.
