Cinnamon pecans

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups pecans
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg white and vanilla. Add the pecans to the egg mixture and coat them thoroughly. Add the cinnamon mixture to the pecans and stir until they are evenly coated. Pour the pecan mixture into your crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
