Chocolate mousse (Vegan dessert)
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 banana
- 6 dates chopped
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder, raw
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
Preparation:
In a food, blender combine the almond milk, banana, dates, vanilla paste, and avocado. Pulse on high for 1 minute or until smooth. Add the cacao powder and cinnamon; pulse for 30 seconds more. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
