Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 small sized jalapeño

- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese
Preparation:
