Cheddar creamed corn
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 32 oz of frozen corn
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients in your slow cooker and stir well. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until cream cheese is melted. Stir well and serve.
