Candy cane fudge

Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 crushed candy canes
Preparation:
Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and grease it. In a large saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Continue stirring until all of the white chocolate chips have completely melted. Stir in the vanilla extract and the crushed candy canes. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and allow it to cook for about an hour. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and allow it to set for an additional 3-4 hours.
