Bucatini with broccoli
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 240 g bucatini (like thick spaghetti)
- 800 g broccoli
- 40 g anchovies in salt
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1/4 chili
- Salt
Preparation:
Wash the broccoli, dry and cut up. Boil in salted water and when it is al dente remove with a slotted spoon and set aside and keep warm. Bring the cooking water back to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Before draining the pasta mix in the broccoli and then drain both together. Chop the chili, garlic and anchovies and fry them in a pan with some oil under a moderate heat for about three minutes. Stir in with the broccoli and pasta and serve.
