sheet with the rest of flour then one by one roll the pasta several times, by fold in rolling method. It will help to produce gluten level and create chewier texture. Thinning the dough using pasta machine or rolling pin. You can define the thickness of your pasta based on what type of pasta you are going to make. For vermicelli for example you need to thin the dough as thinnest as possible. For spaghetti, you will need thicker dough. To cut the pasta dough, you can use the pasta machine that
usually comes with existing size. If you want to do manually, you can use knife or dough cutter.
