Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Cook lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. In a skillet, heat the pork in barbecue sauce over medium heat. Lower the heat and set aside. Combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat until smooth. Combine mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in a separate bowl. In a baking dish, layer barbecue sauce, lasagna noodles, pulled pork, ricotta cheese mixture and the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture. Repeat the layers and top with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until cheese has thoroughly melted.
