Rinse your Brussels sprouts in cold water to remove any dust or dirt. Discard the first leaves. Pour oil in your Crock Pot and add Brussels sprouts. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or high heat for 1-2 hours. Before serving sprinkle with Parmesan or Feta cheese. Let cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
