Deep fried mushrooms
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 porcini mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 100 grated Parmesan
- Breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Chop the mushrooms into largish slices and coat with the beaten egg mixed with Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Coat with the breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of olive oil. Serve hot.
