Frankenstein cupcakes

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

• 1 cake mix (your choice of what kind)
• Additional ingredients the cake mix calls for
• Green ice cream cones
• 1 container chocolate icing
• Black icing gel
• Smarties candies

Preparation:

Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Place ice cream cones in a muffin pan. One in each spot. Fill the cones 2/3 full with cake batter. Bake according to cake mix directions or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cook completely. For Frankensteins’s bolts, stick together two smarties candies with a small amount of the chocolate icing. Apply a little more icing to the sides of the cone and stick the bolts onto the cone. You need one bolt on each side of the cone. Ice the tops of the cupcakes with chocolate icing. Use the black icing gel to make Frankenstein’s face and add some stitches to his head.
